More Fun in Washington
Tacoma Run Club
Rachel had an absolute blast getting to run with the Tacoma Run Club (TRC) again. Running without the Salt Lake City, Utah elevation was significantly easier. She’s been running at 4,225 feet of elevation in Utah and in Tacoma at 249 feet of elevation. No wonder her lungs have such a hard time in Utah. She feels lucky to be welcomed back to the TRC with open arms.
Orangetheory Fitness Fun
During her stay in Washington, Rachel was thrilled to take classes from three of her favorite coaches. Katie, Marcus and Christine. Katie and Marcus at the University Place location and Christine at the Tacoma location. Working out with familiar faces and hearing these coaches’ voices brought back so many fond memories.
